If you wish to cancel a service:

• Requests made before project initiation may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
• Requests made after project work has started are not eligible for a full refund, but we may provide a partial refund depending on the work completed.
• Subscription-based services can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• The service was not delivered as described in the agreement.
• We are unable to complete the project due to internal reasons.
• A technical issue on our side prevents you from using the service.

Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and decisions made by Luzidhaus will be final.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind after project initiation.
• Delays caused by the client (e.g., lack of required content or feedback).
• Custom development work that has already been completed.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
